Whether you are an established or emerging guide, your future looks incredibly bright. Becoming a coach, licensed therapist, or certified guide is the easy step on this journey. However, attracting prospects, getting clients, and filling your book of business is daunting and not for the faint of heart. It can be lonely, frustrating, and exhausting – even on a good day.
This is why we are starting The Hive Membership, a place for the sole purpose of creating a community of like-minded professionals who have a deep desire to make a difference in our world. If you are a health + wellness practitioner, therapist, or psychedelic guide and want to grow your practice, please consider joining us. It’s time to think like an artist and act like a business owner while receiving support for the many hats that you wear to create a thriving practice. This is not a typical coaching relationship.
The HIVE Membership– facilitated by Eleanor Medina and Kelsey Brown at The Makaranda Method - is built to create a space where we learn, inspire and support each other. Every week, you will receive an email called "The Buzz." It will either inspire or sting you as you work to start, grow, and run your practice. This email will provide the details for our weekly (ZOOM) conversation called "Honey Talks" on select topics, issues, and opportunities for growth. You do not need to reinvent the wheel; you will learn from the facilitators and other practitioners' on what has worked and what could work even better.
The cumulative wisdom of the hive is so much more valuable than any single bee.

Eleanor Medina
Eleanor Medina is a coach for coaches, specializing in supporting practitioners in the helping profession to maintain vibrancy and well-being to best serve their communities.
As a meditation guide and Earth lover, Eleanor combines her traditional training as a Marriage and Family therapist, psychology and a death doula to offer a holistic approach to personal and professional growth.
She passionately works with psychedelic medicines, aiding practitioners in transformative experiences to honor their inner wisdom, shed limiting beliefs and embrace who they are meant to be in the world.

Kelsey Brown
Kelsey is the Queen Operations Officer here at The Makaranda Method. Her speciality is marrying the creative + esoteric with the analytical + clear process. With a B.A. in business + communications and over 1000 hours of yoga training she uses tangible business tools and heart centered leadership to help businesses, humans and all beings thrive.
Kelsey will help you to dive in to the practice of life with presence. Her approach focuses in relationship management, strategy + branding, project management, and ethos development.
Kelsey is here to help you find your purpose and your WHY. She helps you create content that connects with your communities so your private practice can grow + THRIVE.
